1. Custom Services & Code Ownership
Upon full payment for custom web development services, the client receives full non-exclusive ownership rights to the final delivered source code, unless otherwise specified in an individual Master Services Agreement (MSA).
2. Open-Source & Free Themes License
Themes, HTML templates, and open-source UI kits provided under our "Free Themes" section are distributed under MIT or standard open-source licenses. Users are free to use, modify, and integrate these templates into commercial or personal projects. Redistribution of unmodified files for sale is strictly prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Users agree not to utilize our APIs, applications, or infrastructure for illegal activities, unsolicited spamming, distribution of malicious scripts, or attempt unauthorized security breaches against our systems.
